Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information Windikate collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all products at windikate.ai.
What we collect
We collect three categories of information:
- Account data — name, work email, organization, role, and authentication identifiers.
- Content you provide — pitch decks, data rooms, call transcripts, and notes you upload to your workspace.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, performance metrics, and crash reports.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the service, secure your workspace, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product. We do not use the content you upload to train third-party base models.
Sub-processors
Windikate relies on a small set of vetted infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, observability, payments, and email. A current list is available on request and to our Enterprise customers under contract.
Data retention
Active workspace data is retained for the duration of your subscription. On cancellation, content is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law or contract. You can export your data at any time from your workspace settings.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@windikate.ai. We respond within 30 days. EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), strict tenant isolation, and SOC 2 Type II controls audited annually. Read more on the Security page.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies for authentication and product analytics. We do not run advertising trackers.
