Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to Windikate. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Enterprise customers may have additional terms in a signed Master Services Agreement that supersede these.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@windikate.ai if you suspect a compromise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Windikate to: violate any law; upload content you do not have the right to share; attempt to reverse engineer the service; resell access without a written agreement; or interfere with the service's operation or other users.
Your content
You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant Windikate a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the service to you. We do not use your content to train third-party base models.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your workspace settings at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service availability
We aim for high availability and publish status at status.windikate.ai. Enterprise plans include a written SLA with credits for qualifying downtime.
Disclaimers
Windikate provides analysis and decision support. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, regulated investment advice, or your firm's diligence process. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windikate's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
